Function to plot the comparison between the fitted model and the known true
model. It used in the L0glm examples and should not be expected
to useful in another use.
Usage
plot_L0glm_benchmark(x, y, coefs, fitted, inference = NULL, a.true, ...)
Arguments
- x
a vector of length n with time labels.
- y
a vector of length n with signal.
- coefs
XXX
- fitted
XXX
- inference
the output of L0glm.inference
- a.true
the true coefficients
- ...
further arguments passed to plot
Value
The function returns NULL, but plots y with the expected
coefficients and the fitted values from fit with the estimated
coefficients in a way that gives an intuitive view on the quality of the fit.
